Four Months!

Our sweet girl is four (and a half) months old. And she is so amazing!! Chuck and I keep having these moments whereby look at each other and say, "We love her so much!" OR "Can you believe she's ours?" OR "Praise God for this blessing!" Callie is growing and changing daily. She weighs 14.1 pounds and is 24 inches long. At her 4 month appointment, our wonderful pediatrician Dr. Roy said that Callie is a "picture of health." Callie is noticing so much more. I catch her looking from side to side now on our walks and in the car. She also likes to watch TV. I've started DVRing a baby show with music, colors, nature, etc and she loves it! Callie is wearing a size 2 diaper and still eats 6 times a day. She naps (most of the time) between each feeding. She sleeps from about 7:30/8:00 pm to 6:30/7:00 am. When she is awake she is smiling, laughing, and talking. She has gone from a grunt (last month) to a sweet little voice of talking with different intonation and sounds...it's really amazing to watch her grow and develop. She is truly, truly a blessing and treasure from our precious and loving Lord. We pray daily for her salvation and for her life to be a reflection of His love. I can see God's beauty in her face every moment.
