"Team Carson"

Our blog has a new name. And I know most of you weren't aware that it was "our" blog since I am the sole contributer; however, Chuck is a definite supporter (not to mention, my "main squeeze") thus the "our."

I changed from "A Carson Kind of Life" to "Team Carson" for a couple of reasons.

1-I've seen some blogs titled "A C____ Kind of Life" and I wanted to be different.

2-"Team Carson" is the most exciting team I've ever been on. Now, if you're a lifelong friend/family member, you're asking, "Megan, how many teams have you actually been on?"

Well, I've thought about that and I can name a few...

• The first is undoubtedly the Thunderbolts
  
• Then the Peaches
  
• And I was the "stat girl" for more Southland Academy Raider teams than I can count. I was at least an honorary member of those, right?
  
• Then there's the ZTA "team"
  
• At least a couple of intramural teams in college


• And now TEAM CARSON!

I remember Chuck looking at me one time and saying, "Megan, we're a team! And I'm glad you're on my team!" This coming from a guy who can tell his life story with a timeline of "teams." I took it as a compliment. Each day that Chuck and I play the game of life together, we get better at it because we work together better and better. It's really a beautiful, God-ordained and intended concept. I can't imagine playing the game with anyone else. Chuck, you're the best there is! Thanks for picking me to be on your team!
