Yes...we are moving...again!
About a month ago, Chuck got a call from Troy University in Troy, AL. They asked him to come and interview for a position in the athletic department. We were not sure about the "timing" of this, but wanted to have open hearts and minds. We went to interview and really enjoyed our time there.
To give you the short version...through much prayer and thought, we knew that God wanted us to head to Alabama. Chuck will be the Director of Development for Major Gifts starting September 1. I had my last day of teaching here in Valdosta yesterday and am heading to Montgomery on Monday for another interview there. We are in the process of buying a house in Troy, which we are thrilled about! Our living room is full of boxes and we are hoping to move on Saturday, one week from today, and one week before my brother's wedding! Oh my!!! What a busy time!!!
Sorry this blog is so choppy. My mind is so full that I can't quite focus on any one thing right now!! But I wanted to put out this information! I always complain that I have nothing good to blog about and now I have major news and no time to blog! Maybe I'll do some catching up in the next few weeks!

WoW Meg! So happy for you guys but feel for you at the same time...that's a lot of change!!! I haven't forgotten you or your job search in Troy. Asking Cord...he's on it. Mostly know Montg. schools and I think that's a bit of a commute. WE're praying!!!!!!!!!
