Troy Football

Here's a glimpse of our lives here at Troy University (not State anymore!). I took these last weekend at one of our home games. I've really had a great time at games here in Troy. Chuck has also enjoyed his new position here. Believe it or not, he doesn't have to set up anything or clean up anything. And get ready for this...he wears a SUIT to the games! It's strange!!! But we're getting used to it.

These are the suites or skyboxes where Chuck spends the game. He is in charge of each box and walks miles and miles up and down those hallways visiting each box (more than once) to get to know these people. It's such a great job, and I know I'm the wife, but I've got to say that he's REALLY good at it!

This is at the beginning of the halftime show from the Sound of the South! One of the first things we learned about Troy University is that the marching band is a really big deal! We very soon learned why...they are really, really awesome! I love listening to them and watching them. They are constantly playing, moving, singing, and cheering. They really add to the game atmosphere!

The "T" at the beginning of the game...the team runs out through it before kickoff.

Me and the important Troy University guy!
